Carnea se rumeneste usor.Se adauga vinul,se lasa cateva minute la foc mic,apoi se scoate din tigaie.In sosul format se adauga ceapa si ardeiul.Se inabusa cateva minute.Se adauga usturoiul,dafinul,cimbrul,rosiile si zaharul si se lasa la fiert inabusit 5 minute.La final se adauga carnea,sucul de rosii si apa calda.Se lasa la fiert pana se patrunde carnea.Foaia de dafin se arunca.Se paseaza sosul la mixerul vertical daca se doreste mai gros.<br />

Pipotele se rumenesc usor pe toate partile apoi se fierb pana se inmoaie.Ceapa,morcovul,usturoiul,sucul de rosii,bulionul si 1/2 lingurita de sare se inabusa 10 minute,amestecandu-se periodic.Se adauga cartofii,se amesteca si se mai lasa la foc mic cateva minute.Se rastoarna totul intr-o oala,se adauga pipotele,frunza de dafin si 400 ml.supa de carne.Se lasa la fiert la foc mic pana se inmoaie legumele.Dafinul se scoate din mancare si se arunca.<br />

Carnea,morcovul si telina se pun la fiert in 2 litri de apa cu sare.Ciupercile,usturoiul si ceapa se inabusa in ulei pana scade apa lasata de ciuperci.Cand carnea si legumele au fiert se iavasul de pe foc.Carnea se curata de pe oase si pielita,apoi se taie.Se adauga peste ciuperci si se inabusa impreuna cu 200 ml.zeama de carne cateva minute.Se toarna totul peste legumele fierte si se mai lasa la foc cateva clocote.Se adauga verdeata.<br />

Fideaua se fierbe,apoi se trece sub un jet de apa rece pentru a indeparta amidonul.Morcovul rondele,telina, patrunjelul si o jumatate din cantitatea de praz se pun la fiert in 2 litri de apa pentru 20 de minute.Se adauga si sare.Morcovul ras fin se ianbusa in ulei si putina apa pana isi las culoarea,apoi se adauga restul de praz.Se toarna in oala cu supa.Se adauga cartofii si se continua fierberea.La final se adauga fideaua.<br />

Se spala ciupercile si se curata.Cele mari se taie iar cele mici se lasa intregi.Se fierb 20 de minute,apoi se pun in borcane.Se adauga in fiecare borcan cate o lingurita de sare si se umplu cu apa in care au fiert.Se strange fiecare capac bine si se pun borcanele la sterilizat intr-un vas cu apa calda.Se lasa 90 de minute,iar dupa 24h se sterilizeaza inca 40 minute.Nu se adauga sare de lamaie.<br />

250 ml.suc de rosii<br />
1 lingura bulion<br />
4 catei de usturoi pisati<br />
3 linguri ulei<br />
1 legatura marar<br />

Carnea se rumeneste usor pe toate partile.Ceapa se inabusa cu putina apa si o lingura de ulei.Se adauga usturoiul,rosiile,ardeiul si putina sare si se lasa la foc mic 10 minute.Se adauga sucul de rosii, si carnea si se fierb impreuna 10 minute.La final se adauga mazarea si bulionul si se continua fierberea pana se inmoaie mazarea.Se stinge focul si se adauga mararul tocat fin.<br />
